It had every detail we needed, we loved staff and location. Quick check-in. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area, just next door to several restaurants and gas stations and the airport and main attractions. Restaurant was at a near distance from the venue.

Stayed for 1 day and did n't want to leave, I would n't hesitate to stay there again. Warm breakfast, accommodating stuff, easy location. I loved the king room I was given.

We liked the chic-style building and our efficient room. Perfect view, a little balcony, fine bed, too. The breakfast was lovely and offers eggs, cereals, slices of fresh bread, muffins and pancakes. Top-notch service during our restful stay.

The bed was comfy and the restaurant was nice and had lots of food. I got free upgrade and loved it. I didn't have time and didn't try the continental breakfast. The convenient check-in too. Everything was great!

Appealing place to stay while in Grand Rapids. Absolutely perfect staff, was quick to help, and any requests were accommodated. The venue provided hot water in the reception. There were good internet and small parking available👌

we totally recommend this property without hesitation and would love to come back. check in was fast, staff was friendly. appreciated the way our queen room was arranged. there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like toom, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Plenty of supplies in the room: a mini-refrigerator and a microwave oven. The local staff was friendly! Plus, free parking onsite. We appreciated it.
